ROLE PURPOSE

This role will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the employer's training and workforce capability systems. This is a business-wide role that will ensure that new and existing employees are properly inducted, trained, assessed, and supported to meet Pizza Hut operating standards, food safety requirements, customer service expectations, and internal compliance obligations.
