Area Manager – Lead, Mentor & Grow High-Impact Teams

Amazon in Mexico (Tijuana) is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a team of Amazon Associates in a sort center. You will mentor, coach, and develop your team while prioritizing safety, quality, attendance, and engagement across shifts.

You will manage 20 to 50 associates, communicate policies, maintain compliance, and drive performance. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends, fluency in English is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is encouraged.
