The Area Manager leads and develops a team of Amazon Associates in a distribution warehouse environment, focusing on motivation, mentoring, coaching, safety, quality, attendance, performance, and engagement. This role involves ensuring that the team has the tools needed to succeed during each shift and engaging with the team to maintain high safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
