Job Description
To support our ongoing international expansion of our partner, we are seeking an experienced Area Manager for Eastern Europe to lead commercial growth throughout the region.
This position is responsible for executing the company's commercial strategy, strengthening relationships with key customers, identifying new growth opportunities, and delivering challenging sales objectives.
This strategic role involves regular travel across Eastern European countries.
The position is based in Katowice, Poland, with responsibility for four markets: Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary.
The position combines two primary areas of responsibility:
- 50% commercial development
- 50% leadership and coordination of the Market Units.
