Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Creation of strategy and programs for the branches handled
• Sales target attainment of all branches handled
• Area expansion and opening
• Operational excellence, ensuring fast turn around time accounts processing
• Establish branch presence through offline and LC channels
• People management and development
• Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any 4 year course
• 4 years and up related experience
• Customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership skills
• Experience in handling people, processing loan documents and accounts
• Knowledge in OFW and Seaman industry is preferred
