Michelin’s Waterville plant is a leading tire manufacturer serving the North American market. We are seeking an Area Maintenance Manager to lead a team of skilled technicians supporting reactive and planned maintenance for a production area.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe work environment by maintaining equipment in optimal operating condition and meeting safety standards.
- Implement and monitor the maintenance strategy, including corrective and preventive actions, to achieve short‑ and medium‑term objectives.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team to improve equipment durability and address obsolescence.
- Enhance process reliability by enforcing the effectiveness of maintenance plans.
