An information management client with a line of business in entertainment services is seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented Archival Collections Assistants to join our team for a 3-month project onsite at the Client warehouse in Sun Valley, CA. In this role, you will process, catalog, preserve, and rehouse archival assets, ensuring the proper integration of assets into the permanent collection and maintaining accurate tracking within the archive database. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging archive professional to gain hands-on experience in a major corporate/studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Collection Processing: Assist with the systematic processing of archival assets. Create accurate item-level catalog records and verify asset metadata to ensure accurate tracking within the database.
