Job Description
- Coordinate with consultants (architects, engineers, and designers) to ensure architectural details align with project requirements
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of architectural works
- with building codes and project requirements
- Attend site meetings and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities
- Resolve discrepancies or conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings
- Assist in value engineering by recommending alternative materials, designs, or construction methods to improve cost efficiency
- Ensure all architectural elements are constructed as per approved drawings and specifications
