Job Description
Responsibilities
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Coordinate with Consultants, Project Manager, C&S Engineer, M&E Engineer and subcontractors to resolve construction issues to ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- Ensure quality of works and detailing are achieved and complied with safety regulation
- Review drawings, specifications and method statements for compliance with codes and project requirements
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Assist in project handover, defect rectifications, and TOP preparation
- Attend site and coordination meetings with stakeholders
- Prepare and submit reports for regulatory approvals
