🔹 What You’ll Do
* Develop concepts into detailed architectural designs
* Prepare GFC drawings for smooth site execution
* Coordinate with clients, consultants & in-house teams
* Conduct site visits & ensure quality execution
* Manage vendors, contractors & timelines
🔹 What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Compulsory)
* 2–5 years of experience (Residential architecture & Project Management)
* Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/V-Ray, Adobe Suite
* Strong knowledge of materials & construction detailing
* Good leadership, problem-solving & client handling
