Overview PROJECT ARCHITECT / BODE DEVELOPMENT
BODE is an established vertically integrated multi-family developer with in-house design, construction, and property management. BODE is a fully-integrated real estate development company with Architectural, Engineering, and Construction departments. Our focus is affordable multi-family housing for emerging middle-class tenants. Our offering enables tenants to live in attractive, urban environments within close proximity to public transportation and amenities. We are rapidly growing, changing, and improving every aspect of our business model for the future needs of urban housing and planning. We currently own and manage 22 properties across Puget Sound and are planning and designing an additional 5,000 units to our assets under management.
As an ARCHITECT of our multi-family housing projects, your primary responsibility is to assist in the planning, design, and execution of new multi-family building designs.
