The Client is seeking a Technical Specialist – Junior that will provide dedicated support the Transportation Mobility & Safety Unit by assisting with maintaining and updating GIS data used in routing, traffic operations, and incident response. This role to understand basic workflow needs, assist with gathering requirements, and help build simple to moderately complex maps, dashboards, and GIS tools that support daily operations. The primary focus is to communicate clearly with non-GIS users, ask questions to understand requests, and follow established GIS Unit standards when creating or updating data and applications.
