Role Purpose The Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Analyst is responsible for managing and overseeing the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from customers.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume transactions.
The specialist will work closely with the AR team, customers, and other departments to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues related to receivables.
Responsibilities Contact key customers via phone, email, and letters to collect outstanding payments.
Negotiate payment plans and terms with delinquent customers.
