We are seeking an Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE) to join our XRP (eXcelerated Rotation Program), a structured rotational program designed for recent graduates who are looking to accelerate their professional development within the automotive industry.

The XRP program provides participants with hands-on experience across key business functions, allowing them to develop technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and quality operations in a fast-paced, general environment.
