• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in good condition while adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks or work in various environments, depending on the trade.
