Job Description

Essential Job Functions:


  • Maintain and update internal controls, spreadsheets, systems, and operational reports;

  • Support monitoring of operational KPIs and assist in preparing performance;

  • Retrieve and organize information from airlines, shipping lines, terminals, and navigation companies;

  • Manage documentation for import and export processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance;

  • Provide support to the operations team, contributing to continuous improvement projects and overall process efficiency.

    • Other Skills Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);

  • Organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes;

  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with the team;

  • Interest in developing a career in logistics and international operations.
