Key qualifications:
Good general knowledge of Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.Experience with JIRA or other ticketing systems is helpful, but not required.Some experience from application support, service desk, IT support, or a similar support role is helpful.Basic understanding of software development, programming, or scripting is a plus.Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure is a plus. You are curious, willing to learn, and comfortable asking questions when something is unclear.You communicate clearly and can explain technical topics in a simple way.You enjoy helping others and are motivated by providing good support.You are comfortable working in English.
