Application Support Engineer - Adobe Sign

The Application Support Engineer will provide IT support to SaaS application end users, maintain documentation, and lead application maintenance and support projects. The position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience as a SaaS Application Support Engineer, preferably with Adobe Sign or DocuSign Administrator experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to SaaS application end users through the ServiceNow ticket process.
• Act as the liaison between application integration partners and vendors.
• Maintain runbook/team procedures documentation.
• Maintain technical diagrams of the application.
• Meet or exceed application maintenance and support SLAs.
• Report on KPIs to leadership.
• Lead AP Integration (Planning, Testing, Implementation).
• Create technical diagrams.
