What you’ll need: 1-3 years overall, with at least 1 year in app or technical support Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Solid database skills - SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB or similar Sharp problem‑solving and analytical mindset Great communicator across technical and non‑technical audiences Degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science Ready for 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Scripting skills, a programming language or two, and ITIL knowledge will make you stand out from the crowd.
