Application Support Analyst

Purpose

• Participate in business enhancements on the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.
• Manage team releases, coordinate with internal customers on platform operations.
• Provide second-level support for Global internal teams related to the Merchant Accounting System, back-end processing, and ancillary systems.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of Merchant Accounting Operations procedures and processes.
• Work on assignments requiring considerable initiative. Understand the implications of work and make recommendations for solutions.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for the Merchant Accounting System.

Other Duties

• Establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers to ensure work products are delivered promptly.
• Drive initiatives, collaborate with other teams and resources.
