This large Utility Service Division is seeking to hire an IT Technical Support Analyst II -- Utility Billing in its IT Section. Working as part of a team, you will be expected to perform duties associated with the maintenance and support activities required by our Utility Billing applications and related systems. You will also provide support to end-users to resolve system issues. We currently are working 5 days onsite in Fort Worth. Duties entail: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Utility Billing System applications and how they are used in our environment. Provide technical and application support and assistance for Utility Billing application users and related systems through in-person and remote support utilizing phone, email and remote tools. Create reports and data extracts using query tools or SQL as supported by DB2 for IBM iSeries. Perform problem isolation, definition, resolution and follow-up for system, application, and customer issues...
