What you’ll do:
Assist claimants with completing the full disability application process through detailed phone interviews

Navigate multiple systems, including internal and order management websites, to ensure 100% data accuracy
.
Demonstrate empathy and patience while asking sensitive medical questions to determine eligibility for benefits
.
What you need:
Previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment
.
Proficient computer skills, specifically in Windows OS, Internet navigation, and associated software
.
Excellent communication, being detail-oriented and inclined to help others with compassion
.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus
.
