Become an integral part of our IT Production department as an Application Production Support Analyst in Montreal, QC. Drive support for fund accounting applications while ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
In this 12-month contract role at a leading financial services institution, you will monitor day-to-day production for critical applications, providing functional support and investigating issues related to accounting and data. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams and manage incidents, ensuring adherence to service levels while supporting accounting migrations and corporate actions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily production activities for fund accounting applications
• Analyze and resolve application-related issues and incidents
• Coordinate with business and development teams to troubleshoot
• Support NAV calculations and operational deadlines
• Document operational procedures and prepare support metrics
