Application Engineer
About the Role
The Application Engineer will deliver enhancements for the ERP and other supporting applications and integrations. This includes capturing business needs, translating to system requirements, designing solutions, writing functional/technical specifications, configuring/customizing the systems, designing test cases and deploying changes.
Additionally, the Application Engineer will provide 2nd-level support for the ERP, supporting applications and integrations. This includes troubleshooting, raising support tickets with vendors, validating and delivering fixes.
