As an Appliance Repair Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring major appliances are repaired accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of appliances (Ranges, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, etc.) while delivering exceptional service and helping create a positive customer experience.
Availability Requirements
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30am
Flexibility to work Saturdays as required
What You'll Do as an Appliance Repair Technician
Provide accurate and timely diagnosis and identify parts required, referencing the appropriate manuals, schematics and websites
Strive to maximize a high percentage of repairs without replacing parts
