Responsibilities
- Understand user requirements to design and develop Appian solutions
- Deliver complex development assignments efficiently and comprehensively
- Maintain high quality, speed, and productivity in Appian development work
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years in software development
- Exposure to Appian preferred
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Ability to work independently or within a small team
- Ability to present to product owners and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Software Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
- US Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
- Appian Level 1 certification
- Agile Certification
- Basic SQL knowledge (DDL, DML, CRUD) with Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres
- Ability to map database changes to Appian CDT via XSD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
