Role: Merchandising & Category Owner (Menswear)
Location: Thane
Type: Founding Team | High Ownership Role
💰 Compensation- Fixed: ₹6–10L
- Variable: ₹2–4L (linked to revenue, sell-through, SKU hit rate, and production efficiency)
- ESOP: 0.5% – 1.5%
This is not a “merchandiser” role.
You will own revenue for categories, decide what sells, what doesn’t, and what gets killed.
You are responsible for turning designs into cash flow, not just collections.
This role also extends beyond assortment—you will own factory partnerships, production readiness, and quality consistency for your categories.
