The Apartment Manager at Pinewood Manor, a 39-unit affordable housing community, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property while ensuring resident satisfaction and compliance with applicable housing regulations. The Apartment Manager works closely with maintenance staff, residents, and management to ensure the property remains well-maintained, organized, and compliant with program requirements.
