Apartment Maintenance Technician

A non-profit organization is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to work on maintenance calls and tickets to clean or tear up carpet, fix basic cabinet hardware, spray for bugs, switch out outlets, and make other maintenance repairs to get units ready for new tenants.  You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Qualified candidates must have building maintenance experience, must be safety-conscious and detail-oriented, must have own reliable transportation to travel to other locations, and must be dependable. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.  Knowledge of flooring and HVAC would be a huge plus
