**Position Overview**
The Asset Protection Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for Burlington business partners and third-party vendors, overseeing incident escalations and providing comprehensive Asset Protection Technology support for stores. This role requires a strong understanding of AP technology, retail store development, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to resolve issues and drive progress. Responsibilities include reviewing technical drawings, developing action plans, and managing a wide range of AP and store development projects—such as new stores, remodels, relocations, refreshes, special initiatives, and closings —while ensuring all activities are well coordinated and aligned with operational needs.
