Overview
Overview Join the V2X Aircraft and Sustainment team. We are seeking an experienced A&P Lead Mechanic to oversee maintenance operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure all aircraft maintenance is performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with FAA regulations. This role combines hands-on maintenance with leadership responsibility.

Supervise A&P mechanics and technicians during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Perform, inspect, approve maintenance, repairs, and alterations in accordance with FAA regulations
Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to team members
Ensure accurate completion of maintenance records, logbooks, and work orders
