AP Clerk/Processor (Hiring Immediately)

Under the direction of the Corporate Accounting Manager , the Accounts Payable Processor will perform a wide variety of accounting assignments from compiling and maintaining accounts payable records to assisting with year-end financial audits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $27 to $28 per hour.
What Will You Be Doing?

• Answers vendor inquiries or forwards them to the appropriate Department personnel
• Scans and enters invoices into the computer system
• Prepares accounts payable checks by processing check request and payment approval forms, entering data into a computer, and printing checks
• Process product invoices using 3-way match, communicating discrepancies with Department personnel
• Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files
