Job Description
Currently we are looking for talented people for the role of:
**AP Accountant with German/French/Spanish/Dutch/Hungarian**
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Act as AP Payment Accountant to perform daily payment activities, contact with relevant stakeholders to ensure payment are executed accurately and timely. Support queries for language dependency questions.
**Your daily and weekly tasks will be as follows:**
+ Prepare payment proposal and payment files according to SOPs
+ Ensure the Payments are executed on time as per the Bank Cut off time
+ Coordinate any payment exceptions and promptly follow up with bank POC for resolutions
+ Perform bank clearing and prepare payment forecasts
+ Handle the supplier and employee queries via email or Help desk tool
+ Be a Process Expert in the Accounts Payable process and suggest for process changes
