AOI Systems Engineer — SMT Vision & NPI Expert

Spellman de México, S.A. de C.V. seeks an AOI Engineer to drive in-process detection using SPI, AOI and vision systems for both NPI and production products. You will troubleshoot SMT/PCB processes, maintain documentation, and provide technical support for new product introductions.

The role requires engineering degree and knowledge of AOI tooling (Koh Young/Pemtron), ISO 9001/14001, PFMEA, and IPC-A-610 with hands-on experience in PCB assembly and process improvement.
