Animal Technician Salary: £12.71 per hour

Location – Potter’s Bar

Contract Type - Temp to Perm

Hours: 8am till 16:30pm, 37.5 hours per week

Duty will be full‑time, on a weekly rota which will include some weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and monitor the welfare of the animals closely
• Clean animal cages and all tools thoroughly, following strict hygiene procedures
• Feed and ensure the general well‑being of the animals
• Carry out weaning procedures
• Pack orders according to customers’ requests
• Contribute to the maintenance of an efficient Quality Management System
• Other duties as deemed reasonable
