Semex is seeking an experienced and passionate Animal Care Manager to join our team at the Kemptville site. This leadership role is critical to ensuring the highest standards of animal care, operational excellence, and semen collection quality. You will lead a dedicated housing team and oversee all aspects of barn operations, with a strong focus on animal health, welfare, and productivity.
What You Will Do - Supervise and mentor a team of 15‑20 employees, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to foster engagement and performance.
