Job Details:
Cover open heart, thoracic, vascular, and structural heart casesAssist with general OR cases as needed in addition to cardiac casesProvide unrestricted overnight call and weekend call coverageMonday through Friday shifts are 8-10 hour daysTreat adult and geriatric patients only; no pediatric care requiredCases are hands-on with occasional CRNA supervisionFacility performs approximately 360-450 cardiac cases per yearTEE certification is requiredCardiac anesthesiology fellowship required; if not fellowship trained, minimum five years of documented CV anesthesia experience required with letters of recommendation from both anesthesiologists and CV surgeonsMust have achieved at least testamur status in Advanced Perioperative Echocardiography (NBE)<...
