Job Overview Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) function is part of CF Operations under Accenture Operations and supports Markets and Services. The role involves delivering data‑driven analytics to the Commercial/Sales Excellence Organization. Key Responsibilities Drive business analytics, write impactful business insights, identify risks upfront and highlight with proposed solutions. Focus on the Sales Excellence metrics blueprint (sales momentum, profitability, competitiveness) across the MU leveraging Agentic AI and standard BI&A tools. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business reporting and analytics, leveraging deep knowledge of Accenture offerings to generate actionable business insights.
