Analytical Lab Lead: Soil, Water & Plant Analysis

Diageo is seeking a Laboratory Lead to oversee the Analytical Laboratory focused on soil, water, and plant tissue testing in support of R&D and manufacturing. You will guide a team of analysts, ensure data integrity, and drive quality programs aligned with ISO/IEC 17025.

You’ll manage budgets, supplier relationships, and develop/validate methods while partnering with R&D/agronomy to ensure statistically rigorous, defensible results for stakeholders.
