RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in conducting training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the organization. Collaborate with Training Analysts and stakeholders to gather information and determine training priorities for different employee groups and job roles. Support the design and development of training programs and materials based on identified needs. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development. Assist in creating training content, such as presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and interactive activities, following established templates and guidelines. Assist in delivering training sessions using various methodologies, such as instructor-led classroom training, virtual sessions, workshops, and webinars.
