Job Description
- Conducts market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive within the industry and includes annual survey submissions.
- Assists in the design and implementation of compensation structures, including salary bands, incentives, and bonuses.
- Collaborates with HR and department heads to review and approve salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus recommendations for individual contributor level positions.
- Supports Manager, General Total Rewards with cyclical compensation processes such as Merit, Annual bonus, Salary Planning etc.
- Conducts regular compensation audits to ensure equity and compliance with legal regulations.
- Collaborates with the Analyst, HRIS to conduct data integrity audits in E-people.
- Maintains job architecture and position automation in E-people system ensuring job grades/pay scales assigned to jobs are accurate.
