Job Description

  • Conducts market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive within the industry and includes annual survey submissions.
  • Assists in the design and implementation of compensation structures, including salary bands, incentives, and bonuses.
  • Collaborates with HR and department heads to review and approve salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus recommendations for individual contributor level positions.
  • Supports Manager, General Total Rewards with cyclical compensation processes such as Merit, Annual bonus, Salary Planning etc.
  • Conducts regular compensation audits to ensure equity and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Collaborates with the Analyst, HRIS to conduct data integrity audits in E-people.
  • Maintains job architecture and position automation in E-people system ensuring job grades/pay scales assigned to jobs are accurate.
