Analyst, Procure to Pay - Customer Care

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst P2P Customer Care to join our team. This role is responsible for providing world-class, proactive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex issues, including missing payments, duplicate invoices, and purchase order discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately via ServiceNow, email, phone and chat.
• Ensure all Procure to Pay (PTP) inquiries are handled in compliance with company policies.
• Deliver support to global internal and external customers across various regions.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
• Complete ad hoc assignments as directed by management.
