Analyst, Portfolio Management

The Analyst, Portfolio Management will support the portfolio management team to monitor, analyse and manage the real estate portfolio performance. The role focuses on data‑driven analysis, portfolio monitoring, financial modelling and preparation of materials to support investment decisions, portfolio optimisation and capital allocation. The key objectives of this role are to contribute to the successful delivery of the investment strategy of the funds and maximise risk‑adjusted investment returns to the investors.
