MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: Human Resources Operations. Implements HR services ensuring compliance with EDC's human resource policies, guidelines, and procedures for consistent application. Assists and provides inputs in the development of the overall human resources annual work programs and activities. Collaborates with HR Advisers on aligning the business goals for efficient delivery of human resources services.

EMPLOYMENT PLANNING

• Assists in manpower capacity planning and validates the required full-time equivalent (FTE) by reviewing manpower requests from proponents to ensure accurate planning and forecasting.
• Complies with HR regulatory requirements by submitting employment reports to GRI and government agencies (DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) to ensure employees are covered with statutory benefits.
