• Evaluate and analyze the company's financial information, focusing on intercompany transactions.
• Support monthly and annual financial closings.
• Prepare reconciliations at both ERP and HFM levels.
• Assist with audit requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee tasks related to monthly processing and distribution of invoices for intercompany accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
• Process and code intercompany invoices, then send them to Accounts Payable.
• Generate and upload monthly Accounts Receivable billing reports and reconcile quarterly income statement accounts in TM5.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of intercompany transactions in HFM and TM5.
