Supports the execution of employee offboarding processes within Global Services HR. Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of employee exits while delivering a positive employee experience. The role offers an opportunity to develop HR operations expertise in a regional shared services environment, contribute to high-quality service delivery, collaborate across functions, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
