What is the opportunity?
As part of the Chief Data Office (CDO) Data Shared Services team, the Analyst, Data Lineage & Control will be responsible for documenting all aspects of the data lineage lifecycle from the original source of the data to the point of consumption of the data into a report, including any associated data transformations.
What will you do?
- Understand and document the lineage of Critical Data Elements (CDEs) from originating source to point of consumption of data into a report or other risk management activity.
- Collaborate with other Data Management Offices, Data Custodians and Data Stewards to understand data lineage reporting standards and best practices.
- Leverage data lineage artifacts captured by other Data Management Offices and share artifacts captured by the Risk Data Management Office to avoid duplication of effort.
