**Overall Job Summary**
This position is responsible for optimizing the use of Tractor Supply Company’s (TSC) Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and computer software tools for effective and accurate administration of company group benefit plans and programs, and compliance. This position is also responsible for applying intermediate level knowledge of employee group benefits to accomplish project work and company objectives.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)**
+ Maintain current knowledge of related government rules and regulations, including ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, Section 125, and other applicable laws and regulations. Oversee compliance and reporting requirements.
+ Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for plan administration. Work effectively to make sure plans run smoothly. Evaluate internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
