JOB DESCRIPTION
Traffic Analyst will be part of the Asia Command Center. Main responsibility is coordinate delivery to customer with line down issues, establish level of priority required, ensure close communication with Customer Service Representative/Supply Chain Analyst or manufacturing sites.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interface between respective Factory Shipping, Supply Chain Analyst, Factory Planners, Customer Service and Global Distribution Center for critical shipments. Establish and coordinate priorities required by analyzing urgency of expedited shipment requests and be able to make decision on most optimal shipping method. Challenge special or priority shipping method and ensure most appropriate ship method is used. Request use of Premium Shipping Services such as Express Service, Next Flight Out or Handcarry as required to meet the delivery requirement to avoid line down.
