About The Opportunity
Responsible for preparation of bills and invoices, the calculation and verification of billing with accounts receivable ledger. Processes changes in information system to support accurate and efficient billing process and financial close. This position will perform assigned billing function duties, ensuring appropriate controls, accuracy, and customer satisfaction related to billing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain controls and general integrity of ORBIS’ accounting system.
- Manage outgoing billings.
- Manage specialized invoicing process (assisting with related collection efforts as required).
- Manage entry and billing of credit memos and debit memos.
- Various month‑end closing tasks (tax reporting, services billing) and journal entries.
- General ledger account reconciliations.
- Promote sales and use tax compliance (analysis, maintaining tax exemption tables in SAP, etc.).
